1) Free Screenings are on a first come, first served basis.
2)20% discount for the disabled and men of national merit(with one person only)
(Only available at ticket booth, Opening/Closing Ceremony are excluded. Must present valid ID and necessary document.)
3) 10% discount for general members of Support Committee(excluding premium members) (Must present membership card on on-site ticketing. Opening/Closing Ceremony are excluded.)

Foreigners are not allowed to use the online ticketing system. Please follow the festival’s official website on how to purchase tickets as a foreigner and reserve your tickets accordingly.

1) Each Person can book up to 4 tickets per film.
2)Ticket pick-ups are available at on-site ticket booth after presenting the reservation number(or the reservation confirmation document) and ID card.
3) In case online tickets are sold out, tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis at the ticket booth on the screening date.

20% discount for the group of 20-50 people per film

Available general screening excluding films rated 'No Children under 18' and those in Forbidden Zone section

In case online tickets are sold out, no booking allowed.

ID Card Holder

Available at the ticket booth for screenings on the day and the next day.

Tickets are limited to one for the ID card holder per film and 4 time per one day.
(No ticketing allowed for screenings at the same time)

Exchange Ticket

Available at the ticket booth for screenings on the day and the next day.

No exchanges nor cancellations are available for issued tickets.

Premium Ticket

Online ticketing, on-site ticketing(during ticket booth hours) are available.

No exchanges nor cancellations are available for issued tickets. (Opening/Closing Ceremony cannot be reserved.)

In case online tickets are sold out, tickets will be sold on a first-come-first-served basis at the ticket booth on the screening date (Except for ID card).

AUse PiFanHolic card confirmation number provided on 'My PiFan' page of PiFan Official website.(No ticketing allowed for screenings at the same time)

On-site Ticketing

Ticketing is available at each ticket booth after receiving card at Bucheon City Hall ticket booth from July 20th.

General screening counts as 1 session, 3D screening and midnight screening counts as 2 session (Except for opening/closing ceremony)

* PiFanHolic cancellation and refund policy is the same as festival ticket policy.

On-site ticketing only

Ticketing is available at each ticket booth after receiving card at Bucheon City Hall ticket booth from July 20th.(No ticketing allowed without bringing card)

Available at the ticket booth for screenings on the day and the next day.

Tickets are limited to one for the ID card holder per film and 4 time per one day.(No ticketing allowed for screenings at the same time)

Cancellation and refund are available until the closing time of ticket booth on the day before the screening. (No cancellation allowed on the screening date)

2) PiFanHolic Cards and Offline PiFanHolic Cards can be used only during the 16th Puchon International Fantastic Film Festival. In the case of loss or damage, cards cannot be reissued.
