How to cancel and refund Available at PiFan official website (www.pifan.com) until midnight of the day before the screening Available until the closing time of ticket booth on the day before the screening
Cancellation Fee None
1) Partial cancellation or refund are not allowed. If you wish to make a partial cancellation, you must cancel ticketing and make a new ticketing.
2) In the case of ticketing with Exchange Ticket and Premium Ticket, No cancellation, refund, change allowed for not just the screening day but through out the entire festival.
3) The cancellation of an issued tickets is available until the closing time of ticket booth on the day before the screening.
4) When Refunds are made for cancelled screenings, difficulty in film supply and errors in the screening process, full refunds are provided at on-site ticket booths up to the closing date of the festival. Refunds are only issued to valid ticket holders.
 
A place where viewers who cannot cancel tickets or get a refund can exchange tickets.
Online Ticket Exchange Community : Available 24 hours on the community board on the PiFan official website.
On-site Ticket Exchange Community : Ticket Exchange Community booth is located within each ticket booth during the festival period.
 
1) Late entry may not be admitted once the screening starts, please arrive the theater prior to the screening.
2) Admission is strictly controlled according to film rating.(Children under 7 are not allowed in the screenings. Under-age ticket holders will not be admitted to screenings with 18-rated and X-rated restriction, and screenings in Forbidden Zone section.)
3) All audiences must have a ticket to enter the theater and watch the film.
4) Tickets can be used only for designated dates and periods.
5) Tickets cannot be reissued if lost or damaged.
6) Taking photos or videos and food are not allowed in the theaters.
