Inspired by the fictional Dr. Heiter from the film The Human Centipede, disturbed loner Martin dreams of creating a 12-person centipede and sets out to realize his sick fantasy. Following the previous one, The Human Centipede 2 also introduces a new technique of suturing human mouth and anus: never-to-be-missed.
